Our PCB Designers work across a vast range of industries
Computing
We have designed many circuit boards for various computing applications, including high volume data storage and management, motherboards and plug in cards. Using technologies such as DDR4, USB3, Ethernet and mSATA. Board construction includes conventional via, via backdrilling, and stacked microvia.
Automotive
We have designed PCBs for in car entertainment systems (ICE) and diagnostic systems. These are essentially application specific computer systems, but using the appropriate protocols such as CAN and ODB.
Avionics
We have designed power supply PCBs for commercial passenger aircraft. These require us to observe multiple safety issues including voltage clearance, current capacities and back-up redundancy.
Medical
Our team have been involved in the design of various pieces of high sensitivity heart monitoring equipment. The sensitivity of the equipment requires high awareness and control of on board noise generation and control.
Satellite
Our boards are designed for use in satellites must have particular focus on robustness and reliability, close co-operation with fabrication and assembly houses ensure this is performed to the highest possible level.
Augmented Reality
We are proud to have designed the PCBs for, what is likely, the world's most powerful industrial augmented reality headset. Physical size and weight constraints, in conjunction with very high pin count, fine pitched devices required a track and gap of 60 microns.
